Our highly trained and knowledgeable practitioners support the children to learn and grow. They plan activities based around the children’s individual interests and stage of development, to ensure they are enthused, inspired and eager to learn.
All our practitioners are qualified to Level 3 (Childcare, Learning and Development), with many also qualified to degree level. They are supported by our Early Years Assistants who are working towards a Level 3 qualification, as well as participating in In-House training.
In addition, practitioners are guided by the Director (MA Early Years Education), the nursery Manager (PGC Leadership In Education) and the Nursery Development Assistant (BSc Early Childhood Studies).
We are passionate about Practitioner development and encourage all staff to attend continuous training, to broaden their knowledge and keep up to date with the latest best practice. Furthermore, all employees have an Enhanced DBS check and undertake Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Child Protection Training.

PARENT PARTNERSHIP
We believe it is important for parents to be involved in every aspect of their child’s development, including when they are in nursery.
To ensure Parents are kept fully informed and involved, we offer:
Parents and family members are invited to attend themed activity sessions throughout the year. The sessions are planned to enable parents and children to experience a variety of activities together, whilst being guided by our practitioners.
